Service requests and estimates
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change after on-site inspection. Work begins once you approve the scope and price.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial accounts may be subject to separate written agreements. Late balances may incur fees permitted by Florida law.
Access and site conditions
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to tell us about known hazards, buried utilities or prior repairs. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, deteriorated piping, or damage caused by conditions we could not reasonably detect.
Permits and licensing
Where required, we obtain permits and perform work in accordance with applicable Florida codes and local regulations.
Warranty
Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be stated on your invoice or written agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment as provided by the manufacturer.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Emergency or after-hours dispatches may carry a trip charge once a technician is en route.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the county in which the services were performed.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services means you accept the updated terms.
